“No Shrimp tacos either!”

I forgot the shrimp tacos with the shrimp prepared in so many ways.

We had Dorado tacos last night after discussing this thread.

To night we will have shrimp tacos. We will season the shrimp and let them soak up the seasoning for a few hours. Then I will put them on skewers and charcoal broil them about a minute per side. Then the shrimp will become the center piece of the tacos.

On the working pier just west of Avia Beach is a great dive called Mike’s. The seafood is often caught the day it cooked up. The chef has been there for years, and he makes incredible sea food tacos and some Pacific Isle sea foods.

At first, my wife didn’t want to go to Mike’s because it is a dive. Then after hearing local talk about it, we got in line for a lunch. Now, we are frequent fliers at Mike’s.
