Alas time played tricks with my memory and I hurried too much to get that post #940 into the slow thread. So I’m retracting it. In ‘08 Obama mispoke and stated his father served in WWII. It was both his grandfather and a great-uncle who had served. He also mispoke and said the ‘uncle’ had liberated Auchwitz, but instead his great-uncle had liberated Buchenwald. Obama did get that line right in his closing statement. It was just that every other line of it was a lie.

Exactly. You hit the nail on the head. The sooner we know that this is how they play the game, the sooner we can deal with it for what it is. It's a game of liar, liar, who can lie the fastest and the best. They pummel their opposition with so many lies that they are carpeted with them and can't begin to keep up with all of them. Their number one tactic is to flood the system with so many lies, so as to not let it be able to deal with them effectively. As soon as one tries to deal with the first lie, out comes two or three more. The only thing is that their "game" is played out in real life with harrowing consequences.
Next Monday’s debate (w/Bob Schieffer) will have the same format as the first debate. Much better suited for Romney, IMO.

All Obama has is hitting Romney on Romneycare which is legal under the Constitution.

He must also nail him on Iran and on his unconscionable treatment of Israel.
The nightmare known as the Obama administration is almost over. 20 days left to his defeat. :-)
