I have racked my brain trying to remember when he has even done well without a teleprompter or in debate before and I can't recall a single instance.

On top of this, he has had nothing but softball interviews for the last 3 and 1/2 years and rarely takes tough questions in his even rarer press conferences.

If he does pull off a surprise victory, it will be totally out of character and something not predictable from experience.

Without his trusty crutch, "Mr teleprompter", he is a blathering idiot. Someone else put the speech on the screen, and now he will have to deal with the issues without any help. I predict he will make an @$$ of himself again. He has to defend his record of the past four years.
