Really? Legal to smoke in your home? Again, have you not paid attention to some states laws and proposed laws on tobacco? They are even trying to ban smoking in your home 1)if you have kids or 2) a neighbor can say they are effected.

The ballot initiatives to legalize mj held a slight lead in CO and WA last time I checked. Suppose one or both pass.
Do you support their Tenth Amendment authority to enact those policies without fedgov interference via the expansive Commerce Clause?

Oh yeah, and in obamacare they have the tools to eliminate the RKBA 2nd Amendment. They already ask in clinical settings
“are there any firearms in your home”. You know, to protect the kids (pediatricians feel they need to take this up) but also adult internists nosying around.
Short leap to “diagnosis” to prohibit ownership and/ or “database” cross check with the follow up of totalitarian seizure.
