“It’s people,” Obama said. “More than higher wages or better working conditions, that was Cesar’s gift to us – a reminder that we are all God’s children, that every life has value, that, in the words of one of his heroes, Dr. King, ‘we are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny.’”

except the lives of babies mothers don’t want. they and nobody else have carte blanche abiity to murder them with the blessings of the state.
The value of children and their lives has been eroded in the media for years. Just protecting the lives of children was not justification enough for heroes.
The definition of bad has become more horrible as we can no longer call evil things evil. For example, in the latest Freddy Krueger, being a child killer is no longer sufficient reason to fear him - he was also a pedophile. At the other end, children in the movies are no longer innocent enough to warrant saving. The cute kids to be saved in many end of the world movies are now disabled, too. For example, “Knowing” had a deaf boy saved. In “Take Shelters”, the daughter is deaf. In the latest “Resident Evil” movie, the little girl is deaf. She’s not innocent enough for redemption and saving just as a little white girl; she has to meet another, protected demographic as well.
You are right. The fool has no idea how hypocritical he is.
He is disgusting. What a phoney! All life has value, even the unborn. He doesn’t include them.
