looked to me like the guy squared off and wanted a fight and that's what he got. As long as he was resisting, he was just inviting more. Can't fault the cops on this one. I sure wouldn't want a female partner in a brawl.

Yeah, I’m not seeing abuse. I see a guy resisting arrest and two cops failing or flailing miserably until the 3rd cop arrives.

That’s the way I see it too. In fact a male officer would have forced the mans hands behind his back and cuffed him before he had a chance to start anything.When the little female tried it she wasn’t strong enough to make it stick.Then the big brave cop with her had to show his ass.
The guy made too many offensive moves but two male cops would have been able to handle it differently.
