It never ceases to amaze me how many of us FReepers have recently suffered “severe boating accidents.”
So many that I've been thinking about starting a new business: Ed's Underwater Salvage and Firearms.
During the WWII Solomon Islands campaign there was “Iron Bottom Sound,” appropriately named for all the ships that were sunk there. By now our repeatded maritime disasters must have created at least 100 “Fiberglass and Aluminum Bottom Sounds.” Unspeakably horrible how so many similar tragedies have struck so many of us.
