Extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner made a death-defying free fall that made him the first skydiver to break the sound barrier, according to organizers.
In a journey that lasted over nine minutes, he fell at a speed of 1,342.8 km/h, which broke the sound barrier 1,200 km/h. That amounts to Mach 1.24, which is faster than the speed of sound. No one has ever reached that speed wearing only a high-tech suit.
Baumgartner, now known as 'Fearless Felix', has broken the record for the highest free fall ever, the fastest free fall and the highest manned balloon ride, said organizers.

Who are you kidding??? It's an agency of the United States Government and the farthest thing from private enterprise. It's a government monopoly.
It’s a government business, and a monopoly, but the USPS doesn’t take taxpayer dollars. Sales of services. That is it. But the Gov mandates the USPS prefund the FERS for 75 years out in the future. Times are tough and they have missed two $5 billion payments into the pre-funding. The Senate did pass a bill to give back 11 billion or so, but it hasn’t been signed into law. USPS hasn’t been taking tax dollars.

I got your point. Hope you got mine.
