Because everyone had such a great time at the last shoot we are anxious for the next one.
The date for the 8th Annual TCMS shoot will be June 8th, 2013 and will be held at Dietz Gun Shop and Shooting Range, in New Braunfels, TX. Providing we get the OK from Mr. Dietz – I will call him this week to discuss our coming to the range.
Staying in the Pelican Bay cottages this year was a stroke of genius, so we will again be staying in cottages. The cottage pick for this shoot is the Cypress Creek Cottages, in Wimberley, TX. There are only twelve cottages at this place, and as of this writing 7 of them have been reserved. NOTE: They require full payment at the time the reservations are made. Wimberley also has some very nice hotels in the area in the event all the cottages get rented.
Making it a three & a half day weekend will be the plans for many of us, that way we can enjoy the area and have lots of porch time.
The Friday night dinner & Saturday breakfast places have not yet been decided. There is still plenty of time to figure out those details. Saturday after the shoot lunch will be provided by our own chef ~ cpdiii (Thanks Charlie!). Suggestions for the Saturday night meal are more than welcome.

Prayers Up to be there for the fun TOL. Better half rules the roost, and I never complains except when I has to talk over spending money with better half. Would be Great to be there! 2/3rds (me,meself) is overjoyed for your being so kind. I went back to the corner saying something about better half has a gun.

Yep. I think that whole "kicked like a mule" myth is hooey. I've shot an '06 that was much worse, even with a butt pad.
:< Big frown if do not make it to Texas this year. Only one problem left to work through but if cannot be there this year. Next year for certain! (smile)
Next year’s shoot is tentatively scheduled for November of 2014, if TheMom approves.

Don’t want to miss this year’s but may have no other choice. I do appreciate the information on this year’s ... I will be jealous if better half and I miss.
I am going to leave the 2014 shoot in the capable hands of the North Texas gang. The only “planning” I intend to do is showing up. ;-)
