Las Vegas restaurants in hotels have some of the slowest, least enthusiastic table service I have ever seen.

I thought all these union workers would be happy with obamaDOESN’Tcare

Doesn't Obamacare cover everyone ... other than (of course) President, vice President, and Congress?

The protesters signs say “No hay justicia, no hay paz”
Better would be “No dinero, no paz.” (No money, no peace.) That’s how unions operate in any language.

The 3,500 Culinary Union members with jobs downtown were picketing to maintain health and retirement benefits in their contracts.
But..but...why? Their guy, the Messiah is providing FREE health care for all regardless of race, color, creed, national origin or legal status. Its like the cell phones. Its FREE. Why worry about it? Or is there something rotten that we mere mortals don't know about?

I've been to Vegas once...a long time ago.Even then I concluded that the city was nothing but a huge abscess on the rectum of this nation and that was *before* the commie unions arrived. It'll be a cold day in hell before I set foot in Nevada again.

Were I emperor of the US for a day, among the the things on my list to do would be to stop all government agencies from holding meetings in Nevada, eliminate tax deductability of all expenses related to business travel/transactions in Nevada, and increase the tax rate on gambling winnings to 250%; then sit back and see how long Dingy Harry lasts.

Yes but didn’t Boy Bam poo poo taking vacations to Las Vegas?
These Unionistas voted Dem and let them enjoy the fruits of the Dem. Slow business, dwindling income and bennies being shifted to lower levels.
Who gives a rats patootie about their selfish antics? Scrooge em all.

“The 3,500 Culinary Union members with jobs...”
IF I owned a casino, none of them would have jobs. There’s plenty of folks on unemployment who I could hire to replace their sorry butts.

When did it become illegal to fire someone for joining a union? I ask because that would help identify laws that need to be repealed in order to put businesses and unions back on a level playing feild.

"... Protest downtown draws thousands of union workers ."
That's a bunch of BS... It was just a couple hundred if that. The culinary union does this pity-party practically every year it seems. I work downtown and its a bit annoying seeing and hearing the same old crap... but I guess they have to get out once in a while and provide some entertainment for the visitors. I sooo dislike unions.
