Coming from Biden’s mouth if he and Obama did not get the requests for security than the blame is on the State Department and Hillary Clinton according to them. This is getting very interesting.

If Hillary put a stop on those requests for enhanced security, so as to keep them from reaching the PDB, she would have shown herself as more than totally incompetent (for reducing security in such a dangerous situation) with respect to sensitive foreign policy communications. This would not only merit being unelectable in 2013, but eligible for a treason trial in 2013, for incompetent actions that ultimately cost those men's lives.
