The Stone Pony [original demolished and replaced by a new ‘version’] was one of the best little mangy bars I’ve ever been to.
The old Boardwalk bar was incredible until it was torched for insurance money.
Asbury park was someplace I used to go to all the time for seriously cool yet melancholy ambience.
Now it’s a homo haven.
Madam Marie’s place is gone and so is the arcade on the boardwalk.

Had Monopoly boards as tabletops.
