We need to find out what the personal reason was that brought Stevens to Benghazi.I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the local security for Stevens made up of shop keepers and most anyone you could get for $30 per day. And even then they had reportedly not been paid for a while had easily been infiltrated.

Libya is probably still the kind of place where you can buy most anything you want. they were going to buy weapons back for 40 million.

This had to be a hit. Its' Just a question of whether State, or CIA participated or was it all the regime?

I don’t believe for a minute that Stevens had some ‘ personal business’ in Benghazi. My guess is that he was the money man for some kind of drop.
