Just a thought. Since we know they knew what was happening. ANd since we know they did NOT react to the action, is it possible that they were waiting to receive orders from some one to “respond” Someone, like say the CiC,????

Very Possible. When I hear anyone reference CIC, I think Jarrett.I don't think Obama. Your guess could be really good since Jarrett is known to be a lousy decision maker. Take OBL. She turned down a hit on him every time it came up, which was numerous times. They,Panetta, Hillary, et all, finally had to go around her to get the job done.Obama was never even a consideration when it came to decision making.I don't think he's a decision maker in this regime. Just a campaigner,speech/teleprompter guy. The kind of guy who goes back to sleep when an ambassador is being killed. You could be on to something.
Hard to tell.
Problem is when you are watching an event happen live, like the assassination of an ambassador, and you do nothing, instead depend on the media to cover up something like that? That's one hell of a stretch. My guess is Jarrett never wants to take any chances on anything often leading to indecision.

VJ running opposition again, holding up any decision from the CiC??
Hmm ... That would suggest the WH tied HRC’s hands before throwing her under the bus?!

“Someone, like say the CiC,”
From what I concluded from the Hunt interview, military orders required a sign-off by the CiC. Hunt said, IIRC, the “WH.”
