An illegal immigrant from Mexico charged with multiple counts of rape in Oakland County was tracked down by immigration officials and turned over to the Oakland County Sheriffs Office earlier this week.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) tracked down Miguel Angel Davila-Ruiz, 33, at a southwest Detroit home, according to the Sheriffs Office.
Davila-Ruiz was wanted by the Sheriffs Office regarding four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in Pontiac.
Deputies had been looking for Davila-Ruiz since July, when the warrant was issued. Efforts began between ERO and sheriffs deputies to catch him, and a $2,000 reward was offered for information leading to his arrest.

U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested 57-year-old Carmen Alonzo on harboring an illegal immigrant charge on Thursday.
Court records released on Friday show that the incident happened back on July 8th.
Alonzo allegedly told a female human smuggler how to move the girl undetected through security at the bridge.
The two walked into town where the woman dropped the 13-year-old girl off at Alonzos travel trailer where she stayed with him alone.

NOT GUILTY....by way of Executive Order. (will never even make it to court.)
Yep. But too many cases of this type of thing and there may be a rise in vigilante justice. When the government will not punish for violations of fundamental social laws, eventually the common folk will.
And this guy should probably be hanged with at most a twelve inch drop.
Just doing the jobs Americans won’t do....
Very good chance.
Could get away clean if it is a sanctuary city.
