I was sure that the making of the video is traceable (or would be if there were investigative journalists looking into it) to the administration. For all the reasons you mention and probably more. TigersEye has a lot of info about this, you can click his name and find his comments and links.

That’s ok. I’m used to people pointing out my mistakes cause spell check could never catch up to all my boo boo’s. You should see what I can do on a site that has no spell check. LOL
