If anyone actually believes Biden’s obnoxious and smug performance won anything, especially votes, they are in for a rude awakening on November 6th.
Biden may have given Chrissy Matthews a thrill running up his leg, and maybe Rachel Maddow got a little warm feeling in it's crotch, but that was about it.
