Right now, some are saying that Rimshot Joe won the debate. It's a VP debate. It doesn't matter who "won" or not. The only thing that matters is whether or not either VP candidate did any harm to the ticket.
Ryan did no harm to the Romney ticket. Biden, based on this RNC ad, may have with his laughs and smirks at serious issues.
