Yes, Ryan should have told the moderator to shut up. Not in those words, but he should have had a really good line ready. Her behavior is not a surprise.

I certainly do. I used to think Biden was a fool. This debate has made me despise him. I don’t consider laughing or mocking adult or intellectual behavior.
My brother-in-law hates politics and all that but he’s actually watching and thinks Biden is insane
