I'm usually awake at 4:00, and Mr. T is usually up around 5:30 with the dogs. Sometimes I'm able to fall back asleep for an hour or so, other times, like this morning, I kept reading and then came downstairs at 6:30.
Thank goodness Mr. T makes such excellent coffee.
