I have read that 0bama spoke to a very large crowd at OSU yesterday and that his speech was rambling and incoherent. Anybody catch any of it?
Symptoms, as you are obviously aware, of drug abuse of some kind.
I have no proof, only speculation, but there is a very long list of behaviors which can be explained by drug abuse and we have the history as well.
I suppose it will only be history as written in the future which tells the tale.
