The Disaster found 180 million to buy a prison in Illinois that Congress refuses to authorize so don’t expect me to believe that this is anything but administration incompetence. Rather than use that illegal money to bail out the corrupt Democrats of Illinois he could have used it for diplomatic security.
You won’t find lack of money at the root of this debacle but incompetence or worse.

This is not incompetence.
This is willful.
This Administration is not stupid.
They have a plan to fundamentally transform this country, and they are executing it.
This is all going according to plan.
