Conceding that he failed to deliver at last weeks debate, President Obama says he was just too polite and that voters should expect a little more activity next week in round two.
In a radio interview on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, Obama compared the presidential race to a seven-game basketball series in which he was ahead two-nothing and lost one game to Mitt Romney at the debate.
You have a seven-game series, were up two zero and we lose one, he explained. You know, this is a long haul and I think that its very important for folks to make sure that they understand that as long as people stay focused, we will win this thing.
The good news is thats just the first one, the president said of last weeks debate. Governor Romney put forward a whole bunch of stuff that either involved him running away from positions that he had taken or doubling down on things like Medicare vouchers that are going to hurt him long-term.
Keep in mind, that the issues that are at stake for folks havent changed, he continued. Weve got millions of people whove got health care now because of our health care bill and they wont have it if Mitt Romney is elected president.

That’s true, polite people always look sullen and hostile.
Please, be rude as you as you want at the next, ‘Bammy.
That’s because he was on an African-American’s show, speaking to an African-American audience.
That’s right, Barry. Next time lay down a gangsta rap. Show us how it’s done.
Tom Joyner Morning Show, is a “black” drve-time program.
I remember having to hear it one morning while they did their “news” segment.
Just a bunch of left-wing fools giving some of the most moronic commentary to the events of the day. Usually when the news story got to something outside the country, they were bat$hit clueless as to what the story was about.
Perfect venue for O.

Romney sent in his evil twin, that was not the REAL Romney.
OK, then, what was game one and two?
Face it, this was game one - and the first game he’s ever played as president, and he got exposed.
The Dems are especially fond this year of setting up straw men.
Here, they set up two straw games.
Obamaspeak: ‘Folks’ = “I’m pulling something out of my butt and I hope you’re dumb enough to accept it”
Weve got millions of people whove got health care now because of our health care bill and they wont have it if Mitt Romney is elected president. He actually things obamacare is a net electoral plus for him.

So next debate he’ll be rude AND stupid.
Yes. I was telling folks last week that Obama supporters what him to hit back harder. What that (should) mean is that he pummels Romney with more and “better” facts. What I maintain is that Obama doesn’t have the ability to do that because his policies suck (can use those) and his “facts” are lies that Romney will obliterate.
So the only “harder” hits Zero has is to speak with an angry, louder voice. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let him do that. If he does, he will come across as an angry bully with no substance...which is all he really is.
In short, he only has two choices, wimp out again, or play to his true angry empty self. He can NOT win with substance because he has none. Period.
But that lib pundit said last week that Obama’s debate handicap is he can’t come across as too forceful or else he’d be seen as “an angry black man” by those redneck white racists in the south & midwest. /s
Some of us been saying this for a while...keep the pressure on him and he will blow and when he does, his true colors will come out: a bully in an empty suit yelling from a band box. Just need someone to ask the right question in the right mannor next week, something like, you told us you were going to cut the deficit in half yet the record shows it went the other way, 4 years in a row. Were you misleading us then or now? That would light the fuse. Next up, you said the only war we should have been involved in was Afghanistan, well, you were forced to expand it and now you are planning to leave with a date specific. Why.
BOOM. You said if you got your stimules, the unemployment would go down to under 6%, why has it not and why can I not find a job at my former level of income. Super NOVA.
First “Romney lied”.. Now “I was too polite”.. Next?
Obummer says, “we will win this thing”. Is that the “thing” he never should have won the first time? Way to degrade the importannce of the Office, Mr. Zero.
Too polite???
Too evil (fascist/socialist views), Too unprepared, Too arrogant, too feminine.
It’s great that Obutthole now thinks he needs to be LESS “polite” because that means he’ll unleash his inner meanness in the next debate (we all know it’s lurking there, ready to erupt).
His meanness will backfire on him when the masses see the guy who used to deliver windy speeches full of platitudes — is really a mean, insecure S.O.B.
Any particular reason he spotted himeself 2 games?
