History shows different. Particularly 1976 and 1992 when Conservative primary challenges to Moderate/Liberal Republican incumbents dened them reelection.

I have no doubt that if Romney fails to govern as a Conservative that there will be a serious Conservative challenge to him in the primary. By serious I don’t mean that he’ll lose the primary, but rather it will be strong enough to embarass him and deny him the general election. Just as happened in 76 and 92.

Right, all conservatives can settle for is seriously embarrassing a liberal president.

Face it the liberals have won and as I said its a shame conservatives will vote for any liberal, any place, any time...

My absentee ballot should be here today, I'm not going to vote for either liberal at the top, vote for conservatives down ticket, I’ll mail it in tonite and mourn the loss of the country...I'm seriously thinking this will be my last election as a voter and I'll take up watching sports, at least sports fans don't claim to hold any kind of principles.
