Romney did say he would reinstate through executive order a ban on American dollars being used to pay for abortions overseas. President Obama rescinded that ban. Would help if the knee jerk ABR crowd bother ONE time to try actually reading the story rather then just mindlessly regurgitating their usual "hate Romney always" sour grapes.
