The text of the teacher's statement is a classic example of the non-apology apology.

Her intentions were pure, she did nothing wrong.

It was the obtuseness or possibly the stupidity of the student she verbally abused that was the problem.

That's because she neither wrote it, nor read it to the school.

It also happens to be a flat-out lie, and even the kids know it.

In this screwed up world, it's hard to find a bottom. But I vote for public school administrators and teachers.
