You know best what to do, being the one who slip slid away. Usually when I do that my head and lower back get rewrecked and for me, staying online helps keep thoughts off my ruination.
How good is your computer chair?

"Maine is a state in the New England region of the northeastern United States, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and south, New Hampshire to the west, and the Canadian provinces of Quebec to the northwest and New Brunswick to the northeast. Maine is both the northernmost and easternmost portion of New England. It is known for its sceneryits jagged, mostly rocky coastline, its low, rolling mountains, its heavily forested interior and picturesque waterwaysas well as for its seafood cuisine, especially lobsters and clams.
For thousands of years, indigenous peoples were the only inhabitants of the territory that is now Maine. At the time of European encounter, several Algonquian-speaking peoples inhabited the area. The first European settlement in Maine was by the French in 1604 on Saint Croix Island, by Pierre Dugua, Sieur de Mons. The first English settlement in Maine, the short-lived Popham Colony, was established by the Plymouth Company in 1607. A number of English settlements were established along the coast of Maine in the 1620s, although the rugged climate, deprivations, and conflict with the local peoples caused many to fail over the years.
As Maine entered the 18th century, only a half dozen European settlements survived. Patriot and British forces contended for Maine's territory during the American Revolution and the War of 1812. Maine was part of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until 1820, when it voted to secede from Massachusetts. On March 15, 1820, it was admitted to the Union as the 23rd state under the Missouri Compromise. Maine is the 39th most extensive and the 41st most populous of the 50 United States."source: Wikipedia

Me, too. My back had me temporarily in a wheelchair a couple years ago; I know how you feel. Broke my back many years ago and waterbed helps immensely until I injure it and then it helps immensely again.
Plus I replace this chair every 3 or 4 years depending on how it good it is and how it holds up.
Otherwise I’m cheap and spend little money on other stuff but thanks to the furniture, I feel better,

I just read in the Daily Mail that Obama was sort of prepping for the debates when someone mentioned the Hoover Dam wasn't too far away. On hearing that Obama said, “I've never seen that. Let's go.”
He REALLY doesn't like any kind of work. He just want to play. Can you believe that?

I have a curvature so that adds pressure points. My chair is about 5 years old so it’s due to be replaced.

Scoliosis. My sis had surgery for it. The open waterbed mattress would do you wonders and there’s a chair out now that can help. I forget what it’s called but you may know it by its description. It’s a woven semi-open material seat and back. Quality in those chairs is you get what you pay for.

I don't know about that chair.
We rent so a waterbed is probably a no-go.
