A week after saying he would "probably" vote for the GOP ticket of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, the choice for Detroit rocker Kid Rock seems pretty clear.
A press release today said Kid Rock will "appear and introduce" Congressman Ryan at a rally Monday night at Oakland University’s Athletics Center O’rena in Rochester.
The rally begins at 7 p.m.
An Associated Press story today said ticket can be obtained online or picked up at campaign offices today and Monday in Royal Oak, Lake Orion, Bloomfield Hills and Utica.
The rally is being called a "Victory Rally with Paul Ryan & the GOP Team Michigan."
Before the rally, Ryan is expected to "participate in an educational round-table discussion at a Detroit charter school and attend a private fundraiser in Pontiac," according to the AP.
A Kid Rock spokesperson said the Grammy nominated artist is expected to attend the private fundraiser.
According to the Romney/Ryan release, "Kid Rock is one of many award-winning, platinum-selling artists from a variety of genres who are supporting the Romney/Ryan ticket by performing at events and rallies around the country.
