Mandatory boutique fuel blends for the state and even certain counties, outrageous state-county-city taxes, shipper's fees and exorbitant regulations, refiners fees and exorbitant regulations, we have to import oil to a state and country that nearly floats on the stuff, we haven't built a refinery in California since Brown's dad was in office and the current refineries are at 130% of their original capacity. And these dumb-ass wizards pretending to care for the people wonder why prices are so high in California?
