Oh Sheesh, how stupid and wrong can people be. Another Akin style clean up required in Missouri’s southern neighbor... Come on people, be smarter than this!

It never fails.. just when things start to look up for the GOP, one or two downticket blurt some sh*t out and force two weeks of “walking back” remarks.

It is alot like saying Obama is a blessing in disguise.
Dead diplomats, dead Mexicans and boarder agents, dead economy, dead morality, dead constitution.
But it will wake true Americans to the near death of America.

Slavery has existed from the beginning of human existence, and still does in parts of Africa and Asia. If it did not exist, there would be a lot less humans(maybe a good thing) because conquering armies would just kill off the populations they conquered.
If Slavery had not existed when the US was created there would be very few Blacks here and had not they been exported here then they probably would have been killed or died of the barbarism that still exists in Africa.
From a genetics point of view, I believe that the inter mixing of races is a good thing.
So slavery is a good thing in that less people killed, and an genetically improved human.

Another Akin style clean up required Exactly. There is no excuse for this nonsense. Making this statement now is the height of stupidity and the candidate should be kicked out of the party on the grounds of stupidity alone.

Please, no... Akin’s comment was dumb, but it was based on outdated scientific theorizing.
For a politician to talk about slavery, a century and a half after the civil war, with anything remotely resembling a supportive attitude, is dumb beyond belief.
The comparison seems only superficially valid.
