I totally agree. Expect a reappearance of someone like the “Ponytail” guy from back in 92. Questions will be heavily slanted and Obama will have his scripted responses well memorized.

I have no doubt the ‘questions selected from the audience’ will have a certain slant.

But...Obama has a very serious problem: his record. This debate is foreign policy...and for some strange reason, the democrats see this as a strong suit. Its not.

I’m sure the storis have already been written, describing how Obama ‘came back’, and Romney will have to excel, for it to be called even a draw. But again, Obama has the little problem of his record.

Do you actually believe that Obama did not have the questions ahead of time for the first one?

The next debate will be fixed to favor Obama, and he will do much better. The media will be stocked, however, at how well Romney will do—even with hostile questions designed to make him look bad. The questions to Romney will be written by the Obama campaign and delivered by so-called undecided others to provide the Obama media cover. The media will fawn that their Messiah has risen again, but I expect that Romney will again win with the voters at home.

I'm sure the Romney knows this and will be prepared with excellent answers to the questions.

One of the most important things we can do here in the Heartland is to watch and record these upcoming debates. Especially we must identify the persons asking questions in the Town Hall format. As we have seen in the past few years the Democrats are not at all shy about putting their own people in to ask embarrassing questions. We on the other hand can turn that around on them and identify any party hacks that get infiltrated and set up as “unbiased” questioners.

You think the first “debate” wasn’t a setup?

With Jim Lehrer coaching Obama moment by moment?
