I watched the Brit Bear’s Fox News special on the EPA. He stated that the EPA was created by Pres Nixon issuing an executive order. I wonder if it can be eliminated by Pres Romney issuing another EO rescinding and NOT replacing Nixon’s EO?
An Executive Order can be nullified by another Executive Order, but I doubt that any president will eliminate the EPA.
