Not buying it, it’s only a matter of Chavez telling them what the margin of victory will be.
It's naive to the point of silliness to think Chavez will simply hand over the reins of power. Sure, he has to submit to the charade of open elections for the purpose of international public opinion, but let's not get crazy.
