Compelling indeed. It works this way. If FMD is his biological father then Barry is a natural born citizen. If his mother was single and not married at the time of his birth, he would still be a naturally born citizen based on his mother's citizenship. Now, whether or not that would qualify him under the Constitution to be President is a legal issue. If his mother was married at the time of his birth and the father was a foreign national, he MIGHT qualify for dual citizenship but would not qualify to be President.
He obviously lied on all his college applications in the same way that Warren did in MA. He obviously claimed to be a poor, foreign student in need of both money and affirmative action. Did he lie?
