I guess now we REALLY know why they were so desperate to initially try to portray this as an out-of-control protest sparked by that video.

It wasn't just to improve Obama's election chances by avoiding his administrations general responsibility for being aware of and preparing for the likelihood of these attacks - it was to try to avoid investigations and discoveries like this, which would naturally follow if they had honestly labelled it a terrorist attack, and which THEY KNEW would uncover the prior requests they had to increase security, and hence, their direct and specific culpability for these murders.

They deliberately lied to the American people about this video to hide their recent refusals to keep our embassy safe!
