let me tell all you goofballs here
it ain't happening
that is absolutely the most preposterous claim pushed by the “there can be only one church” bunch here ever
I do not know one Southern Prod out of 100s i know who is taking a stance like that in Mississippi or Tennessee
folks want Obama gone...because they oppose almost every single action he has taken since he took office..and if a Mormon can do that for now so be it
besides...frankly the job Southern baptists have done as POTUS is not much to my liking either...nor Catholics...Carter..Clinton..Kennedy
I'd be just as happy with a conservative Jew or even conservative Rosicrucian or Baha'i...if there are such things
Looks like it is up to s Mormon to take out the trash. Mitt is up to the job and nothing wrong with that. It’s not going to happen but if Mitt brings in a Mormon cabal to run DC and maintains a direct pipeline to the Mormon Church Supremo (bishop?) in Salt Lake City, I could care less. Just so long as Jug Ears and his Marxist regime get the boot.
The choice of VP has always been viewed as a means of securing more electoral votes, a way to shore up perceived weaknesses.
One look at Romney’s choice tells anyone willing to see, that the concern does not lie with southern Protestants.
You are so right. I remember Christians having stars in their eyes about Jimmy Carter and how he was a Sunday School teacher and a born-again Christian. He was a crappy President and a full-on enemy of Israel. It’s a HUGE, HUGE mistake to think that the religious affiliation of someone determines how they will govern, both morally and secularly. I mean, have you (or anybody) never been cheated or maligned or betrayed by someone claiming to be a Christian? Why is it that Christians are so easily fooled when it comes to politicians claiming to be Christian?
