Yes the numbers are as phony as a $3 bill, but have any of you talked to your friends or co-workers yesterday about this.

People at my work (engineers and other professionals) were believing this crap and saying “looks like Obama’s plans are really working now” and “things are going in the right direction”.

I can't believe supposedly intelligent people I know are falling for it, so I have to assume that the vast majority of Americans will also fall for it as well.

yes, every day people are being brainwashed by liberal MSM, it’s very hard to remain immune to propaganda.

Your clueless co-workers who are saying those things are a lost cause. They were going to vote for Obama anyway. The timing of this report is so suspect, that I believe the 5-7% of voters who claim to be undecided will see it for what it is ... a purely political ploy.

Americans see what they're paying at the gas station &/or supermarket; they can look around at their relatives & friends and see the economic suffering that's going on. I doubt they're going to say that after 45 months of a failed presidency, this guy deserves another term based on a suspicious one-month report.

In fact, maybe some of them who were either going to vote 3rd-party or sit out the election since they're not that enamored with Mitt, either, may get so p!ssed off at this administration's latest impersonation of a banana republic, that they'll cast a vote for Romney!

Your co-workers may be a lost cause.

Now being the obstinate cuss I am, what I might do is say to no one in particular as you pass by one of them is: "We've always been at war with Eastasia" and keep walking by. Or take the direct approach 'around the water cooler' and say: "1984 was supposed to be fiction not a 'How To' guide."

If you get no response they're brain dead and I'd check their Engineering Degree to see if isn't bogus. Engineers are supposed to be logical and should immediately spot numbers that look out of whack. These co-worker 'professionals' of yours sound more like Architects. ;-)

[as we say in 'the industry': 'The difference an Architect and God is that God doesn't think he's an Architect.'}

Sell your coworkers whatever worthless items you might have lying around - starting with a title to the Brooklyn Bridge you printed off this morning.
