I'm reminded of the Seinfeld episode The Comeback [the "jerk store called" episode]. Obama's thinking up all these "great comebacks" now that he's out from under Romney's pressure.

Also reminds me of the movie Shallow Hal. The character (strangely enough played by the same guy that plays Constanza) says something like you only get 5 seconds for a comeback. Three days delay just loses a bit of the spontaneity.
