What can be accomplished by US investigators in foreign country that is a mish-mach of gangs (militias) with allegiance to AQ or at best, to no one.
Crime scene was seriously compromised within hours of the murder. Neighborhood investigation impossible. Interviews of witnesses questionable.
What did Holder expect to accomplish?
