Just south of Canada and west of East Dakota. Once the world’s third mightiest nuclear power, I think we’re tied for fourth since Montana got a bunch of the missiles. We’ve been in the nuze lately for defying the Grand Edict and drilling here, drilling now, instead of running the heaters on unicorn flatulence and eating the skittles, so Duh-1 might not want to shake much loose from his stash to promote subarctic citrus projects. Gotta be a grant out there somewhere...Maybe from the Climate Changers...
