Kirk's old District, currently held by Dold. Very much a RINO district, though Dems are able to contest it. Years ago, Don Rumsfeld was elected from the same area.
Rumsfeld’s old CD was to the west of the Porter-Kirk-Dold CD (Rummy was succeeded by Phil Crane, and the CD is now held by Joe Walsh).
