Exit polling has become less accurate with regards to the overall election outcome since we now have early voting in a number of states. They are attempting to phone survey early voters in some 15 states with a phone interview but that becomes harder with both landlines and cell phones.
If I were polled, I’d lie about my vote...I find it hard to believe there aren’t many out there who would do the same.
They are removing the partisan make up of the exit polls, basically making them even less useful and less accurate.
