Actually, Rush, I think this caller is right. There are a lot of lefties out there (women, primarily, no doubt) who saw that “nice little black boy” getting beat up on by the big mean white man! Saw comments about the “bullying” on FB. I don’t think Obamugabe did it on purpose (the victim-style body language) but when a guy is getting the shiite kicked out of him like that, well, of course some people are going to cry foul. That’s where a lot of the anger at Lehrer is coming from — he didn’t do enough to “help”.
Yes, you're right. I'm a woman (conservative of course), but generally speaking, women voters will probably be responsible for the downfall of this country... if indeed our beloved country goes completely to hell.
I encounter so many stupid, uninformed - yet oddly empowered by sheer ignorance - women on a daily basis. Of course liberal and/or uninformed women up here in the liberal northeast are a dime a dozen.
I've tried to sway some of them to see the conservative - or even the moderate Republican (gag) side, but it rarely works. They're set in their ways, and only care about which Hollywood star is the hottest/ best-dressed, etc., and keeping up with shows like The Biggest Loser, Dancing With the Stars, Glee, Ellen, The View, Housewives, HGTV and Food Channel shows, etc. UGH

That, “Nice little black boy,” has been bullying and beating up on the American economy and the American worker for almost four years.
I don’t see Obama getting (much less deserving) a whole lot of sympathy after last night.
