10.31 pm. Look: you know how much I love the guy, and you know how much of a high information viewer I am, and I can see the logic of some of Obama's meandering, weak, professorial arguments. But this was a disaster for the president for the key people he needs to reach, and his effete, wonkish lectures may have jolted a lot of independents into giving Romney a second look.....

Reading some of the comments, I can’t stand that they believe Romney speaks nothing but lies. They are so entrenched in their rut they can’t see out of it! Pathetic! Fact is Obama couldn’t refute what Romney had to say because he spoke the truth.
Excellent debate. Obummer showed up as the boy-man he truly is. Romney took him behind the shed and gave him the whipping of his life!
The comments were interesting, I agree.
Someone wrote about Romney’s smile as a smirk, actually I thought it looked like he was holding back a LOL moment. That smile was just holding back the laughter.
Romney was prepared and ready, obama was not (especially since he spent hours complaining his staff wanted him to practice, maybe next time he’ll listen).

The media’s vaunted “optics” were astonishing last night. It actually appeared that Obama was shrinking! Halfway through, his suit looked too large. Weird.
