I disagree. Since Romney controlled this first debate, I believe him to be smart enough to control the next debate on Foreign Policy.
Although Obama has no prior experience with foreign policy other than his advisors, Romney is much more world experienced, and seems to be much more open to world politics.
Yes, foreign policy is always a learning curve. With Obama's failed foreign policies and Romneys quick learning curve, I don't see this as detrimental to Romney. Like any good CEO, he surrounds himself with the best people. That is a mark of true leadership. Put your capable team in place; give the a general policy to institute, and let the enforcers do their job. Watch.
