I was going to watch the debate on Fox News..so its better to watch it on CSPAN?
I like to watch it C-Span, the screen isn’t full of graphics, like they have on Fox and other networks.
The non-participant commentators get under my skin, so I prefer C-SPAN. Others may prefer to hear some running commentary; and the commentators (unfortunately) have a lot of influence on the public perception, so it's worth hearing their take, even if their take is based on falsehood or faulty logic.
Sometimes I channel surf (if I'm watching). MSNBC can be entertaining for its chutzpah.
CSPAN is better most of the time for these type of thing. On rare occasion i.e. camera angles audio etc. you are better of with Fox.
