President Obama and Mitt Romney meet for the first of three presidential debates starting at 9pm ET from the University of Denver. The 90-minute debate will be moderated by Jim Lehrer. C-SPAN Live coverage begins at 7pm ET.
Mitt looking sharp and hitting Obama hard. Obama (in the split screen) is looking hang-dog and downcast.
Meaning that if we both agree, you might as well vote for me. That's what Obama wants you think.
I have my old Sharper Image voice stress analyzer going by the TV. So far, Obama is reading smoother, but Romney is now settling down, too.

Obama agreeing with Romney while blaming Bush policies for his own failures.
Obama is quite jittery and Romney looks very calm.
Agree. Barry the snake oil salesman
Ooooh.....coal industry supported by Mitt. Take that, 0!!
Well, why should this thread be any different from any other? ;-)
Obama is all over the place and indecisive in his thought pattern. Romney was clear and concise.
Dang! Mitt is GOOD!
Bambi’s first solution to fixing the economy today is hiring 100,000 new math and science teachers. Huh?
If you were drinking on the UUuuuhhhs you’d be off the thread by now. LOL
Zero is LOST without his teleprompter. Easy to tell which one REALLY went to law school.

Obama hardly bears to look up
Sounds like Gore's lockbox.
Before this is over, Obama's "Uuugh" will fill 20 minutes of the 90. LoL.
Up to 23 no make that 24! 25.
That will leave a mark. Obama with lies and personal attacks.. How can Romney cut and increase the military at the same time.
Nope.
Drink!

MITT IS NO MCCAIN!
Obama doesn’t have a command of the subject. Mitt does! Go Romney!
