Curious timing the night before the first debate. Maybe Portman’s been creaming Romney in practice.

Or, it gives Romney something to throw at Obama in the debate before the campaign has a chance to focus group test their response. Then watch Obama stammer through an answer without the teleprompter. Then Romney should bring it up a second and third time, and watch Obama forget what he stammered out the first time and tongue-twist a new answer the second time.
