More likely its racism towards whites by Obama and higher ups and when we call them on it we’re racists for even suggesting racism.
I’m guessing that what he means by racism both ways indicates that it’s of Obama being racist against white people saying that they don’t care about black people, citing the debacle after Hurricane Kristina and racist against blacks by talking down to them, essentially patronizing them and indicating that they don’t know how to take care of themselves and need someone (like him) to tell them how to go on, how to behave.
