I predicted this weeks ago on here. The only surprise is that the radical leftist judge didn’t wait until 24 hours prior to election day. Now the Republicans have time to appeal I suppose, for all the good that will do.

The only surprise is that the radical leftist judge didn’t wait until 24 hours prior to election day. No surprise. As far as the timing of his ruling is concerned, the judge did exactly what the supreme court told him to do.
